The Other Way Around …

Sure it has been attempted before, BUT it usually works the other way around.  That is, by going from RL (or Physical Life ¨PL¨ as I´ve taken to call it) to SL, and it has worked fine.  BUT… what happens when you actually start your business in SL and then move it to PL?

This is the case of our Singapore born SL Designer Joy Laperriere with her brand .Shi.

That´s right! Joy’s brand, which in two years, has become one of the most avant garde, revered, and cultish ones  in SL, has now moved to PL (repeat after me … P H Y S I C AL     L i f e!).  And you can actually have your flesh AVI (YESSSS I do believe our RL bodies are Avis too)  purchase and wear her designs online at www.shibyjoylaperriere.com!

What To Wear This X´Mas?

Given that one my fav fashion eras is the 70s, is it any wonder that I am totally in love with Diram´s latest release?

The Amanda Gown with its crisscross top, neck bow and semi-transparent skirt, is perfect for this Holiday Season, especially when done in red.  It has a vintage sensual feel to it which is at once both young and grown up.

What To Wear on New Years?

I love the Victoria gown from Diram so much that I would wear it even it I had to stay home.  The  70´s feel continues here with its deep ¨V¨neck bodice in a similar style.

I chose a nude color, but it comes in several other choices so you can make your New Year´s celebration as memorable as you want!

The neckline comes with a golden circle necklace that gives it a very sophisticated international look.

Needless to say I am in love with Diram´s latest releases and I am sure you will be too.

Great Talent To Keep An Eye On for 2014

Smesh had its first Fashion Show this past Saturday.   Its creator, Sakira Mirabella, does a wonderful job designing for the casual sexy female who not only aims to seduce, but who also wants to like what she wears for herself.

The show was well attended, and given by the reaction of those in the audience, the brand is certain to become a big success.  BTW, I was surprised when I realized that at least 50% of those who attended were males, even though Smesh makes no outfits for them yet!

What To Gift ?

Still wondering what to gift ?  Then head out to The Holiday Fair.  As they state: “It’s not how much we give, but how much love we put into giving.  Even the smallest act of caring for another person is like a drop of water – it will make ripples throughout the entire pond… don’t bankrupt yourself on a momentary positive impulse, only to regret it later. Give thought to giving.  Give small things, carefully, and observe the mental processes going along with the act of releasing the little thing you liked.  How would your life be different if… you decided to give freely, love fully, and play feverishly?  …  Give – Love – Play!  Don’t wait for other people to be loving, giving, compassionate, grateful, forgiving, generous, or friendly¨ … I could not agree more!

All items sold at the Holiday Fair are TRANSFER, so you can wrap them up with your message and share The Holiday Love!

Happy Holidays and Many, Many Blessings!

Much LOVE,

Landa :D
